QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• For  Assistant Manager: Graduate (60% aggregate) or commerce graduate (55%) or postgraduate in any discipline; proficiency in English and Telugu; working knowledge of computers.

• For Staff Assistants/Clerks, Graduation in any discipline, proficiency in English and Telugu, and basic computer knowledge are mandatory.

PAY SCALE

• The scale of pay for the post of Asst. The manager is presently Rs.26080 – 1230 / 2 –28540 – 1490/ 12 – 46420 – 1740/ 2 – 49900 – 1990 / 4 – 57860 (21 stages) +6 stagnation increments of Rs.1990/- each biannually after reaching a maximum in the scale.

• The scale of pay for the post of Staff Assistant is presently Rs.17900-1000/3–20900– 1230 /3– 24590– 1490/4– 30550–1730/7–42660-3270/1 – 45930 – 1990/1– 47920(20 stages) +9 stag—increments of Rs.1990/-each biannually after reaching maximum in the scale.
